From 2008 to 2018 I had the pleasure of working for Saybrook Country Barn (now Saybrook Home) as Marketing Manager. Here I produced an enormous amount of varying work. I was able to hone all of my previous freelance work and focus it into one place. I really got to experience producing content and media in volume. I was their Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, Marketing Coordinator, Website Designer, Graphic Designer and any other title you can think of. I had to be a creative Swiss Army Knife to meet the needs over my 10 years there. It was an invaluable experience and will always remain grateful to Keith Sr. and Jane Bolles for the opportunity.
I have compiled a small sampling of the work I created there. If you want to see Photography, Visit the Still Life and Interiors Sections, Many photos there came from my time at SCB. This collection is a sampling of all the other kinds of projects.
2017 Holiday Gift Guide:
This was one of the most all-encompassing still photography projects I did for SCB. I shot all the photos (Except one photo of the artificial Xmas Trees - vendor supplied) and laid out the entire magazine. This was a digital download that we distributed through social media, website, email, and QR codes around the store. This also received a full complement of in-store signage. Because I had production space at the store, I was able to produce everything in about 2-3 weeks from beginning to end.

TV Commercials:
Here are 3 examples of the types of TV commercials I made. The first I shot all the interior footage, the second and third are still images and graphics based. I shot, edited, and curated the music.
Print Ads:
SCB would place many weekly newspaper ads across Connecticut, At least 5 a week, Print Advertising volume was very high. (Newspaper samples are available upon request) But the Flag Ship Ad was the monthly back cover of Ink Magazine. Ink Mag is a shoreline publication that has a notable high-quality print, so the images always looked fantastic. The cover is thick and glossy, almost like a catalog. Below is a collection of some of the favorites that I made. I designed all of these and all of the photos I shot except the blue wall "feel the difference" ad, That was a vendor-supplied image. You can also see an evolution of the company logo, which I played a significant hand in advancing forward.
Exterior, Vehicles, Banners, and Posters:
Below is a slide show of some casual snapshots I took of various projects. I designed a Matching box truck and van wrap, Structural Exterior Signs, vinyl lettering on the inside and a variety of posters. This is just a fraction of what was produced. When you are making some of these projects, all you have time for is the quick cell phone photo, that's why these are just quick snapshots.
Social Media Content:
For social media, you need A LOT of content. Photos, videos, copywriting, graphics, you need it all. Content like this often had to be made and deployed quickly, so resourcefulness was always important. Here are just a few of my favorite pieces produced for social media.
